Here’s your last challenge. Week 4: finish your 8 classes.
Eight, because 1 in 8 women in the U.S. will develop invasive breast cancer in her lifetime. Someone on the floor next to you is fighting it, has fought it, or loves someone who has.
Remember, no one fights alone. You’ve had the tribe beside you for eight classes — finish it together.
Get your final sign-off from your coach and that patch is yours.

26 stands for the 26% lower death rate from breast cancer among women who stay on top of regular mammogram screenings. Catching it early is what moves that number — which is why this month isn’t just about the work on the floor. Book the appointment. Tell the women in your life to book theirs.
