I love using ladders for coordination and balance with youth athletes. These days it feels like kids aren’t as coordinated as the old days. That wasn’t the case with Erik, but I thought it would be beneficial to be familiar with the ladders. We only worked on ladders 3 times from the before and after video. We have been focusing more on plyometrics these last 4-5 weeks. Yesterday I decided to bring the ladders out and see how he would do and he looked great. Good things happen when you keep on working.
