Our classes incorporate a full body workout program that combines calisthenics, flexibility, strength training, weightlifting, circuits, cardio through short distance running, jogging, walking and drills to form a stronger, tighter, fitter you! We also provide nutrition coaching so you get the results you want! We use TRX Suspension Training, Kettlebells, balance balls, cardio ropes, Lebert Equali

zers, Wall Balls, Slam Balls, Weightlifting, and much, much more to make your workout experience fun and different every session. We are the best in the area at making your workouts different everyday, so you won't get bored with the same routine at our classes and you'll meet your goals quickly! Nutrition is the foundation of every fitness goal.
With that said, it’s that time again—egg restock day. 🍳

And yes… I eat eggs every single day. I change it up and dont eat full eggs everyday. Sometimes 1 egg 3 egg whites, sometimes 2 eggs and 3 egg whites . Once in a while just 3 or 4 egg whites- depends on what's the plan for my fat intake that day. But I attribute my results to this complete protein.

Here’s why:
Not because I “have to”… because they’re one of the easiest ways to fuel my body right.

Eggs are a complete protein, which means they contain all the essential amino acids your body needs. That’s a big deal—especially if you’re training hard, trying to recover faster, or just want to stay strong as you age.

One of the standout amino acids in eggs is leucine.
Leucine plays a key role in muscle repair and growth—it basically helps “turn on” muscle protein synthesis. Translation: it helps your body actually use the work you’re putting in at the gym. PLUS ladies, leucine is a building block of keratin and helps with beautiful strong hair and nails!

And let’s clear this up…
Eggs are not the enemy when it comes to cholesterol.
For most people, dietary cholesterol (like what’s in eggs) doesn’t have the negative impact we once thought. Your body regulates cholesterol on its own, and for many of us, eggs can absolutely be part of a healthy diet.

(And yes… I’ve got the bloodwork to back that up. I’ll share that too 👀)

Simple. Nutrient-dense. Effective.
