Bring a Friend Week!
June 8th – June 13th
We know there’s a friend or two you’ve been trying to get into CFL — and this is their chance! Kick off the summer with access to a full week of workouts, Monday through Saturday.
Here’s how it works:
1. Send your friend the Bring a Friend Week Membership link (you’ll find it our IG story)
2.Your friend signs up for their Bring a Friend Week membership (it’s free!)
3. They download Wodify to access the workouts and sign in to any CrossFit class on the schedule
4.They work out with you and have a great time!
