We are so proud of our Mondio family!!

The USMRA would like to extend a huge congratulations to our two US representatives at the 2026 Super Selections. This year Francois Massart placed 3rd, and Paul Salveson placed 7th! Francois is a veteran to Super Selections and this is another one of many top 5 finishes for him. This was Paul’s first time attending, and not only did he have a very strong finish but he is now a Level 3 decoy. The USMRA is lucky to have you both! Congratulations!

5280’s fall trial is a wrap!

We are thankful for such enjoyable programs from judge Donna Matey and decoys Paul Salveson, Ethan Hilgemann, and Cody Smith. We hope to see you all again!

Congratulations to every team that stepped on the field this weekend. We have members of our own who need some recognition.

Level 3:
Milan & Torque - 326.5 and new MR3
Olivia & Fletcher - 358.5 and new MR3
Sasha & Rico - 286 and a very strong showing for a first ever level 3 attempt

Level 2:
Leah & Link - 292 and first MR2 leg

And we owe a huge congratulations to our extended New Mexico family, Traci & Heist who finished their MR2!

Additionally we had club members Ann, Brian, and LauraAnn whose support is what allowed us to host this trial. We could not play this sport without our village. We are a small but mighty group of friends!

We hope to see you all again next year!

Last weekend’s 5280 Ringsport French Ring trial was quite a success. Despite temperatures topping out 93 degrees we managed to get an early start and keep dogs safe. We are thankful for the jury’s sharp eyes and skilled work, judge Jose Camarena and decoys Ty Monson and Netho Flores. Congratulations to all the teams who stepped on the field!

The following teams represented 5280 Ringsport:

Paul Salveson & Kazi - Brevet, 1st leg Ring 1
Leah Gordon & Link - 1st leg Ring 1
Ann Malburg & Sonic - 2nd leg Ring 1

LauraAnn Price & Gambit - 1st leg Ring 2

Olivia Miller & Fletcher - 1st leg Ring 3
Paul Salveson & Rico - Had a great time!

Thank you to all the 5280 members assisting the trial behind the scenes. We couldn’t do it with the whole team!

5280 Ringsport sent 3 teams to the USMRA Nationals and had a strong showing. We are so appreciative of all of the hard work put in by our club members and decoys Francois Massart and Paul Salveson. None of this would be possible without them! Congratulations all 3 teams!
