🍇🍊 Fruit Friday at Ocean Flippers Practice! 🍊🍇

Nothing beats ending a great week of practice with a healthy treat! Today our athletes enjoyed fresh grapes and juicy oranges after practice.

We're proud of all the hard work, dedication, and positive attitudes our gymnasts bring to the gym each week. A little fresh fruit is just one small way we love to celebrate them and help them refuel!

Have a wonderful weekend, Ocean Flippers! We can't wait to see everyone back in the gym next week, ready to keep learning and growing!

Happy Friday from the Ocean Flippers! 🌊💙

Today was an exciting day as Coach Scott officially started his first day with the Ocean Flipper family! We are thrilled to welcome him to the team and can't wait to see our athletes continue to grow, learn, and achieve great things under the guidance of our incredible coaching staff.

We know this season is going to be filled with new skills, hard work, confidence, and lots of success and we're excited to watch every athlete reach their full potential!

And of course... 🍉🍓🍌 it's Fruit Friday! Nothing beats ending a great week of practice with a healthy treat and lots of smiles.

We are excited to welcome Scott Wilson to the Gymnastics and More family as our new Head Coach & Gym Director!

Coach Scott brings over 20 years of coaching experience at both the club and NCAA levels, along with an incredible passion for developing athletes and building successful programs.

Highlights of his career include:
• Undergraduate Degree – UNC-Chapel Hill (2010)
• Master's Degree – Southeastern Oklahoma State University (2021)
• Mentored the first 2-time All-American in Ball State program history
• Coached student-athletes to 3 Perfect 10.0s in NCAA competition
• Helped lead Ball State to 2 NCAA Regional appearances and 2 MAC Regular Season Championships
• WCGA Central Region Co-Assistant Coach of the Year
• North Carolina Level 8 Coach of the Year
• Guided athletes to multiple conference championships and record-breaking performances

Coach Scott is committed to helping every athlete reach their full potential while continuing our mission of Building Champions On and Off the Floor.

We can't wait for our athletes and families to meet him and are excited for this new chapter at Gymnastics and More!

What a week at Gymnastics and More!
Our Ocean Flippers have been working hard, pushing themselves, and having plenty of fun along the way! 💪
From the “Andy Is Coming” Challenge 😂 to learning new skills, and now putting in the work to correct, clean up, and perfect them. These gymnasts are making the most of summer training!
And then there’s Halle… spinning on her head! 🤣🙃 Our Hotshots have also been busy working on back hip circles on bars! 👏🔥
And that’s just THIS week! We still have 5 more weeks of summer training ahead of us, which means plenty of time for more hard work, new skills, big goals, and lots of fun! ☀️🤸‍♀️
