Hey hey hey, I must have not disappointed Andrew Holland either. Now Dave and Andrew test rode the 2027 Coal Country Roubaix 100 about 6-7 weeks ago. Guess I got the stamp of approval cause Mr. Holland's name came across my desk as registered for the Hundo 🤙. Something unique about our event is THERE IS ZERO TIME CUT OFF. I live here in Lisbon Ohio and the whole purpose of the event is to promote tourism, Columbiana County and the incredible riding here in this area. We have a Randonneur/Tour ride in City of East Liverpool, Ohio now called East Liverpool Double Century to help the East Liverpool Heritage Valley Bike Trail. (Heather Lawhorn and I were talking last night maybe we can get Roy Paparodis Columbiana County Commissioner to be our special guest/race Marshall this year to start the race). Soooo if you want to be out there battling one of the Hardest 100 mile routes in the Country, well I will be waiting for you. EVERYONE that completes the hundred mile route also gets a finishers belt buckle.
I have ridden the 2027 course, I honestly think people will really enjoy it. Heather and I do put a lot of effort into making the routes different every year for a new experience for returning participants. Hope ya'll join us April 24th here at the Columbiana County Fair Grounds

JESTER HILL may be returning!!! I mean I might need to depend on Blake Lloyd to help get approval from Bainbridge. But if it happens, next summer the National 24hr hill climb returns. Can you climb a EVEREST in 24hrs??? How much can you climb in 1 day??? Yes official placing/podiums, yes awards, yes official Everest certificates. To Everest at Chester you make it to the top 55 times. Sure we will get HAMMER NUTRITION Sq**rt Cycling Products Sq**rt Cycling Products - USA and jerseys from Primal Wear, Inc. Made once we get the event approved

Multiple new events are being launched next year and one of those is the East Liverpool Double Century in City of East Liverpool, Ohio . Which will be ran as a Randonneur style event. 100% free but donations towards East Liverpool Heritage Valley Bike Trail would be greatly appreciated. The purpose of Coal Country Roubaix is to help bring Tourism and help the local economy. Well that is what this is for, to help bring people to East Liverpool. It is TOSRV RESURRECTION style and dip your rear tire in the Ohio River and ride 104 miles north on the "Great Ohio to River Trail" (Blue line) to Ashtabula and ypur front wheel hits the Lake. You can do the full pull of 208 miles in 1 shot, ride 104 Saturday and back Sunday or shuttle service will be available for 1 way trips through Footprints in Paradise Travel

Will be accepting resumes for a partner for The Appalachian Journey April 3rd. Jimmy Toner if you apply Jane Zag suggests I strap you to the tandem otherwise ypu need to slow the hell down. Buuutttttt seriously looking to make the event this year and looking for a partner for the 150 miler. Enough interest than Coal Country Roubaix will take down several teams.

HUGE THANK YOU to our man/alumni Doug Sanford for sending us this Hunt Brothers Pizza gear... Doing a ridiculous amount of Unsupported Ultra-Cycling events, if Doug only knew the amount of Hunts pizza I have consumed. Soooo soo grateful and hopefully Doug returns to Mid-West Time Trial Championship 2027 and or joins us for Coal Country Roubaix or East Liverpool Heritage Valley Bike Trail

Dis is our man Gary Bentley owner of Kentucky Road Racing Series who was a under ground Coal miner and tells me if he can ever get time he plans on doing Coal Country Roubaix and/or Mid-West Time Trial Championship . Gary is planning to launch a few Ultra/longer distance events next year like the liverpool double century. Non-USAC events, self supported 100+ mile events and not only are we looking forward to participating but to help promote and encourage. Sooo obviously we hope to see you at our events April 24th, July 24th and September 4th. But hopefully we see you at Kentucky Road Race Long Voyage events.

FAT BIKES!!!!!! Yes we have a separate category just for Fat Bikes. Who doesn't love Fat bikes. Also mark your calendars for the 1st ever Coal Country Roubaix "COLD WINTERS NIGHT" January 9th. We will meet at Scenic Vista Park here in Lisbon Ohio at 5:30 pm, ride "NO DROP" group ride 20-22 miles and then grab dinner at Cantina 70 Bar & Grill . ALL BIKES WELCOMED

Congratulations to Mat Kuhn and Roy Gryskevich for scoring Podiums yesterday at the OMBC Championship races ( Ryan G O'Dell I still haven't gotten race legs back). OMBC is the oldest MTB series in Ohio and puts on incredible races. Already have Lincoln talked into the Mo Gritty gravel race in March. 🤔 Mid-West Time Trial Championship is a Ultra road, Coal Country Roubaix 300 is Gravel, maybe we work together with OMBC/Mohican 100/100k MTB, Mohican 100/50 Trail and Marathon Trail Races and create a "Triple Threat" award if you compete in all 3 ROAD,MTB,GRAVEL🤔
