LOTS AND LOTS of work is going to be put into the 300 mile course over the next year. Especially since our friend KY K**b Country Randonneurs Ultra Cycling Club said it needed 1 more climb🤷‍♂️. So far on the drawing board redesign is incorporating City of East Liverpool, Ohio. Heather Lawhorn and I had the course breaking towards Lisbon, ohio from Wellsville. We in 2027 its going to continue to Liverpool and the " Beginning Point of the U.S. Public Land Survey. Get to cross "Grimms Bridge" go through historical Frederick Town. Beaver Creek State Park before heading back into Lisbon. Definitely changes the route between Irondale and Lisbon a lot giving you a interesting last 63 miles and 7,500ft of climbing.

Race director, Joe Lawhorn is out on his maiden voyage on the new Airborne Valor!! He has been working hard building this bike up to perfection. Took a 150 mile training ride to Lake Erie, a ride he has always wanted to take. No better way to break in the new whip!!

About 6 weeks out from Mid-West Time Trial Championship. Totally opposite of Coal Country Roubaix . Its on the flattest 19 mile loop in the country on decently smooth pavement and very low traffic. See how many laps you can score before the clock runs out or see how fast you can cover 100 miles. Team effort and relays are allowed, build a team and run up the score board ( Andrew Varga & Chris Cafiero 😉😉). Get 400 miles in 24hrs so and you are qualified for Race Across America
