NO CALL / NO SHOW POLICY• We have experienced an increase in “no call, no show” contestants at recent events.• This impacts scheduling, payouts, stock contractors, production staff, and fellow contestants.• A record of all no call, no show contestants is now being maintained.• Any unpaid entry fees must be paid in full before entering future Sandburr Rodeo Productions events.

💵 ENTRY FEES & REFUNDS 💵• We are implementing a Venmo payment system for entry fees at the time of entry.• Entry fees are NON-REFUNDABLE unless:

A valid medical excuse is provided, OR

A contestant officially vets out with written verification from a licensed veterinarian.

🤝 RODEO ETIQUETTE & SPORTSMANSHIP 🤝• Emergencies happen, and we strive to handle situations fairly and professionally.• However, repeatedly entering events and only attending preferred performances is unacceptable.• Such conduct may result in suspension from future Sandburr Rodeo Productions events.
