Saturday Recap- let’s just say it was not our day!
Racing is like a roller coaster- there’s highs and lows! When your up your up but man when your down- that’s a rough patch!
Not only was it a million degrees 🥵 but during the A-Main the kart sustained damage that needed repairs that would require parts and tires replaced. Thankfully several other dads all jumped in and got me back on track long enough to finish out the race! We ended up P14 for the night. Thank you to everyone who jumped in! You’re the real MVPs!!!
On the way home we lost 2 trailer tires! That felt like the icing on the cake for the night! Dad got us patched up and back home- also thankful to have the week off to also make those repairs!
So we’re going to roll with the punches and come back stronger! It’s a part of racing unfortunately!
