Took us 3 attempts to finally make it to Talladega Raceway Park- weather has kept us at bay but we finally made it! We had a quick kart, kept working on it all day and was able to complete the sweep for the night. Pole to P1 when the checkered flew! Thank you to everyone who tuned in to watch! Made this NC kid feel really special!

Saturday night was good to us. The passion this kid has for the sport can cut deep sometimes.

We qualified P9. Still searching for improvement in our qualifying efforts!

Started the heat P2 and was able to snag the lead after a few laps. Crossed the line P1 which put us starting P3 in the main.

In the main fell back to P4 on the initial start but quickly got back to P3. That is where we ended up at the checkered. While P3 is still a great run- he wanted to win. He wanted to get that points lead back- which is why the night ended in tears. Pure, raw emotion!

The pressure is on for Saturday points and he’s feeling it! Only -44 points behind but we still have a few more races to take the lead back! We won’t give up! 💪🏻

Started the night qualifying P10.

In the heat we started P1 after invert and raced hard to keep the lead. We ultimately ended up P3 when checkered flew.

In the main we started P7 and were able to avoid the lap one big one on the backstretch. We fell back a bit but were able to race back to P6 at the finish.

Overall a good, not great, night. We will be hard at work to improve our race craft and find some speed. There is no quit in our driver or team! 💪🏻💪🏻

We started our Saturday early- had the kart in the race shop with some much needed time to dial the kart in. Thank you Randy Mullins for trading breakfast for scales!

Unloaded and qualified P7. After the invert we started the heat P2 and that is where we would bring it home after a little chaos.

In the main we lined up P4 and were able to race up to P2 before settling in P3 when the checkered flew. Overall a good night! We have some things to work on and we will keep digging and bring that speed 💪🏻!
