New Look Fitness

New Look Fitness New Look Fitness hosts an array of different programs and ministries. One of our main programs is our Soldiers of Honor boxing program and boot camps.

This program is designed to help other develop a different outlook on life through physical fitness and teachable moments. The boxing gym is a place for participants to put their skills on display and to test their abilities. How well are they listening, learning and following directions? Can they keep up with others? What are their strengths and weaknesses? Are the sensitive, moody or on edge? Is

this child ADHD or have social challenges? What is their communication like? Do they struggle with anger? That moment when their actions and behavior don't line up to the gyms expectations the participant is challenged and encouraged. It is our goal to address as many teachable moments possible, capitalize on those moments and try to provide an opportunity for the participant to extend his or her development. They will grow in self control, improve focus, self-confidence and self-esteem. They will feel better, look better and have a clearer view.
