Every year, Landscapes Golf Management hosts a leadership academy in which a small group of their brightest leaders from across the country are selected to spend the coming months developing their leadership skills, expanding their business knowledge, and preparing for greater responsibility within LGM.

The program focuses on building leadership skills, expanding knowledge across key areas of the business, and providing opportunities for personal and professional growth.

We are proud of our Head Golf Pro Isaac Schaefer and our Sales & Marketing Manager Elena Correa for being chosen for this opportunity to learn and grow in their roles as leaders!
