State lawmakers will return on April 14 & 15 for veto overrides & remaining business, but any bills passed then could not survive a veto from !

In a world of constant change and activity, we’re often taught to "keep it together" by pushing down the parts of ourselves that feel messy, loud, or "too much." We avoid the hard emotions and sacrifice our own needs just to fit in.

Join me for "Be With It All," an experiential workshop at Trinity CSL in Atlanta on March 1st. This workshop isn't just an info dump, it’s a somatic and spiritual deep dive into what it means to be fully alive. I'm creating a space where you can:

✨ Honor your needs...whether that’s wearing headphones, cozy pants, or just taking up space.
✨ Navigate change with grace by staying grounded in your body.
✨ Integrate everything...the joy, the grief, the outrage, and the peace.

Through mindful doodling, journaling prompts, and guided movement meditation practices, we’ll explore the mind-body-spirit connection and embrace the truth: It is all Divine.
