We are so excited to start off 2022 with REFIT® Revolution's WORLD WIDE WORKOUT at 6pm on January 1st! This workout is a free 90-minute online REFIT® workout, straight from the REFIT® Studio in Waco, TX. ⁠

I just finished the REFIT® World Wide workout and, you guys, it was hard. It's hard to workout at home. It's hard not seeing your smiling faces as we workout. It's hard not being together. It is a poignant reminder of just how much this community means to me, each and every one of you. Just know that I love and miss you all dearly and I CAN NOT WAIT until we can gather together again.
