We're excited to announce that Lebanon JiuJitsu will officially be offering a daytime class specifically for homeschool families!

📅 Starting Tuesday, September 29th
⏰ Tuesdays | 1:00–2:00 PM
👦👧 Ages 5–13
💰 $50/month | Family discounts available
🎉 FIRST CLASS FREE!

No experience necessary! Our classes focus on building confidence, discipline, respect, fitness, and self-defense skills while having fun and making new friends!

🥋 Already a Lebanon JiuJitsu student? Current members are welcome to attend our daytime homeschool class at no additional cost whenever school is out, including holiday breaks and summer vacation!

We're excited to give this a shot and welcome some new families to the mats!

Great turnout today at the Jefferson City Submission Challenge!!

Leon Lowrey was bumped up to Grey Belt, and an age group! He won his first two matches by submission, and lost in the finals in No Gi; then was able to win his two matches in Gi against two solid grey belts! 4-1 for the day! 🥇🥈

Hercules Cataldo Cataldo won both brackets to be an ICO Team USA Qualifier in both Gi and No Gi in Hungary! He also one both of his normal brackets, going 9-0 today with 8 submissions 🥇 🥇 🥇 🥇

Jesus Zeus Gonzalez had his first JiuJitsu comp today, winning both his matches by submission! 2-0 for the day 🥇

Diana Bradley competed in 5 different brackets, going against green belts and giving up over 20 lbs! 7-7 for the day!

1st Place overall Academy! 🙏

After 14 years, a major chapter of my Jiu-Jitsu journey has come to an end.

Lebanon JiuJitsu is no longer affiliated with Gracie Humaita.

It’s a strange feeling to even write that. Fourteen years is a long time, and Gracie Humaita has been a part of nearly my entire journey in Jiu-Jitsu. I’m grateful for the experiences, lessons, friendships, and memories that came from those years, and I’ll always respect the role that chapter played in getting me to where I am today.

I knew this page would eventually need to turn, but that doesn’t make actually turning it any less emotional.

At the same time, there’s a lot of excitement in not knowing exactly what comes next.

Lebanon JiuJitsu has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of, and that has happened because of the students, families, coaches, competitors, friends, and community members who have continued to believe in what we’re building.

To everyone who has supported Lebanon JiuJitsu over the years: thank you.

This gym has never been defined solely by the name on the affiliation banner. It has been defined by the people on the mats, the culture we’ve created, and the community that continues to grow around it.

So while closing a 14-year chapter is emotional, I’m looking forward to what comes next.

Sometimes one chapter has to end before you can find out just how good the next one can be.

The future of Lebanon JiuJitsu is wide open, and I fully expect what comes next to be better than ever. 🥋

Past two weekends have been full competitions!

Congratulations to everyone that has repeated.

Last weekend was Chewjitsu Open
Kinsley and Easton both had some hard matches! Kinsley was upset that she couldn't do submissions but did very well!

Avi had some wins and some losses but performed well!

Shane killed it! Went up to the Yellow Belt division and had a ton of matches

Richard was able to win his division, and brought home the belt

Jayden went 7-1 between two brackets that were back to back!

Then this weekend

Newbreed Jiu Jitsu Federation had Georgia State Championships where Harleigh got double silver

Then today at Summit River places Silver. Tyler Luttrell got double silver and did really well against some Yellow Belts after only about a month of training!

9-1 for the day!

His one loss was a premature referee stoppage imo but it happens. Great opponent, he was able to beat her 4 other times after that match! He was also able to pull off two submission wins against a Yellow Belt!

Way to go, Hercules!
