Banded Side Lunge Row: This all-in-one full-body exercise simultaneously targets the lower body (glutes, quads, hamstrings, and adductors) and the upper body/back (lat dorsi, rhomboids, shoulders). It improves lateral stability, mobility, and core engagement. Wear the band, and well, that added resistance makes the lunging and rowing motions even harder. Try 3 sets at 30 seconds each side.
