Negative energy can be contagious. Are you strong enough to resist?

Yes…you are…you just don’t know it. Practice daily staying positive and not allowing how others think, feel and believe taint your outlook. Keep your thoughts and actions positive. Just because someone else chooses negativity doesn’t mean you have to join in. Change their outlook. Change their mood. Be the influence they need and not the other way around.

Being kind to others is great and shows both empathy and compassion; however, don’t forget to be kind to yourself. Don’t be so hard on yourself. Give yourself time to not be ok. Give yourself pep talks to get through the tough moments. Encourage yourself when it seems impossible. Keep being kind even when you feel unworthy.
