August ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ’• A little bit of EVERYTHING, but looking back at this month, what stands out to me the most is FAMILY, love and unity. So many moments that probably looked small in the moment but meant so much to me. DR with my family, celebrating love, spending real quality time together, making memories, laughing, partying, just being PRESENT. Then coming home and having more beautiful moments with my B***y Cave family too. ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ’• I donโ€™t know how to explain it, but lately Iโ€™ve just been feeling something different. Like weโ€™re entering a new chapterโ€ฆ more togetherness, more intention, more making time for the people we love. I feel it in my soul. August reminded me how rich life really is when youโ€™re surrounded by your people. ๐Ÿฅนโค๏ธ And I have a feeling this is only the beginning.

Our Annual B***y Cave Private Pool Party ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿ‘™๐Ÿ’• What an AMAZING day with my B***y Cave Babes!! The food, the drinks, the music, the laughs, the B***Y ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ‘ everything was just soooo good!

One of my favorite parts was just being able to enjoy my girls OUTSIDE of the gym. We see each other every week, some of us damn near every day ๐Ÿ˜‚ so somewhere along the way we became more than just girls who work out togetherโ€ฆ we became FAMILY. ๐Ÿฅน๐Ÿ’• This is what the B***y Cave is really about. ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿซถ๐Ÿฝ

Hugeeee thank you to Genys Perez for opening up her beautiful home and pool to all of us ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿฝ๐Ÿ’• and her family for CHEFING IT UPPPP, that food was SO GOOD Iโ€™m STILL eating the leftovers ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ”ฅ My girl P Rolling Cheers Mobile Bar for pulling up with the mobile bar, creating such a fun DIY setup and keeping the drinks flowingggg ๐Ÿน๐Ÿ’• my girl EVENT PRODUCTION & ENTERTAINMENT for always being so reliable, I can always count on her coming through with the 360 Photo Booth ๐ŸŽฅโœจ The Set Killer for keeping the music and vibes goingggg ๐ŸŽถ๐Ÿ”ฅ and of course my man for turning this whole day into a MOVIEEEEE Eights Digital ๐ŸŽฌ๐Ÿ”ฅ

(Volume up) Motivation didnโ€™t get me here. disciplined did. ๐Ÿ’ฏ And when you really think about it, look at everything youโ€™ve accomplished in your own life. That degree you earned, the business you built, the career you worked for, the family you created, the relationship youโ€™ve poured into, the body youโ€™ve built, the goals youโ€™ve reachedโ€ฆ were you motivated every single day? HELL NO. ๐Ÿ˜‚ There were days you were tired, days you didnโ€™t feel like showing up, days you questioned yourself, and days when quitting wouldโ€™ve been so much easierโ€ฆbut you kept going. THAT is discipline. We put so much pressure on ourselves to feel motivated before we take action, when some of the biggest accomplishments of our lives were built on days we didnโ€™t feel like doing s**t. Motivation is a feeling. Discipline is a decision. So the next time youโ€™re waiting around for motivation to magically show up, remind yourselfโ€ฆ youโ€™ve already proven that you can do hard things. Bring that same discipline into whatever youโ€™re trying to accomplish next. ๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ
