Just had to share some thoughts 💭

Sometimes I can’t believe how stunning this life can be, and how open and beautiful people are.

I thought living on a boat gave me perspective… but moving to Colombia has opened my eyes so much to how welcoming and warm humans are.

Sadly, I think that we tend to forget that with everything that goes on in the world and everything we see on the news and on TV. But I am so deeply honoured and appreciative of everyone that I’ve met and to have been accepted so quickly by this culture and its people. The emotions are emoting today 🥹🫶🏼

No that doesn’t mean you have to drastically cut your calories or stop eating pasta…

But it does mean cooking from home…

👉🏽 And getting enough protein and carbs in your diet to fuel your workouts.

30 MIN FULL BODY CIRCUIT ⏰

Are we loving the easter themed outfit or are we loving the easter themed outfit?! 🐣

This is probably as celebratory as I will get today… Or maybe I will eat 3 eggs for breakfast instead of just 2.

This workout is low impact, keeps the muscles under tension, and is perfect to do after a lazy holiday weekend!

🌿 REMINDER - the Debloat challenge starts next MONDAY! We are going to spend the next 21 days focussing on body sculpting workouts, consistent healthy habits and debloating in time for SUMMER.

Workout details:
Perform each exercise for 40 secs on / 20 secs rest. Rest 1-2 min between sets.
Front racked reverse lunge (switch at 20 secs)
Alt DB rows
Pulse sumo squat
Alt lateral raises + hold
Curl to press
Weighted monster steps

When you feel bloated and heavy, this is exactly what to do 👇🏽(FYI : it’s not what you think…)

STOP with the intense calorie cutting. STOP with the punishing 3-hour gym sessions. STOP with the mean talk to yourself…
