Hey everyone! Some quick announcements! 🥋 Get ready, because this week, Monday through Thursday, is Tip Week! It’s very important to have 3 tips on your belt by belt testing week.

And mark your calendars: from the 23rd to the 26th, it's Belt Testing Week! Remember, consistent attendance is a HUGE factor in determining eligibility for testing. Make sure you've been putting in the time on the mat!

For those testing, from ages 6 and up be prepared to demonstrate combos 4-6, your two self-defense moves(leg sweep and tackle)and crazy kicking sets. Littles age 3-5, your testing will focus on star blocks, x blocks, the self-defense tackle, palm strikes, 4 basic kicks and listening skills. Good luck to everyone! Let's show off our skills and dedication! 💪
