Why is strength training important for dancers? 🩰

Strength training goes beyond simply building muscle. It helps dancers develop the stability, control, power, endurance, and body awareness needed to execute movement with proper technique. Building a stronger foundation can improve jumps, turns, extensions, balance, and acrobatic skills while helping dancers better handle the physical demands of training and reduce their risk of injury.

With her background in physical therapy and athlete conditioning, Teacher Nicole emphasizes proper body mechanics to help dancers move stronger, safer, and with greater confidence💪🏼✨
