THE SCALE IS LYING ⚖️😬
Have you ever stepped on the scale, only to see the same number (or a higher one), and felt like all your hard work wasn’t paying off?
Before you get discouraged, ask yourself these questions:
✅ Are you stronger than you were a month ago?
✅ Do you have more energy throughout the day?
✅ Are your clothes fitting differently?
✅ Are everyday activities getting easier?
✅ Are you showing up consistently, even on the days you don’t feel like it?
The scale only measures your relationship with gravity. It doesn’t measure:
💪 Strength
❤️ Endurance
😊 Confidence
😴 Better sleep
⚡ Increased energy
🏃 Improved mobility
