Highs are in the 90s to 100s this week in our area. Even if you're not planning on exercising outside in this heat, be sure and stay hydrated! Aim for 0.5 oz of water daily per pound of body weight and even more if you're working out!

"I have been going to the 5:30am Body Bionics bootcamp since 2018. I am addicted to it. If I miss a week for vacation or something, my body starts to hurt. Troy knows the body better than anyone. When I have a specific part or muscle that is giving me problems, 95% of the time Troy shows me how to stretch it out. The other 5% is old age. I am 62 years old. I am in better shape now than I was in my forties and fifties thanks to Troy. Prior to joining Body Bionics, I was not a fan of group workouts. I was afraid I would be embarrassed. The group of people that are in Body Bionics are now like a second family. My Body Bionics family. Everyone supports one another and cheers each other on. As long as I am around and Troy Pickett is around, I will be doing my best to be at the 5:30. This has changed my life for the better. Thank you Troy for your fun, enthusiastic, hard work!
