There are plenty of places in Central Ohio where players can get indoors for off-season work—cages, bullpens, or even a few ground balls if you push the nets back. If that’s the work your players are putting in every year, AWESOME! We love seeing athletes committed to getting better.

A full-size infield + 4 cages running at the same time is a complete game-changer for defensive work, communication, and game-speed reps.

RSC Athletics is proud to host Carlos Baerga, Alvaro Espinoza, and Carlos Baerga Jr. for a camp of skill development, instruction, and on-field learning.
This is not just a photo opportunity — it’s a focused camp built to help players get better.
Ages: 8–16

Cost: $150 per player
Check In: 9AM; Camp 10AM-2PM

RSC Athletics Complex Update — Big Progress in Just 8 Weeks!
It has been a busy and exciting 8 weeks here at the RSC Athletics Complex, and the changes are HUGE!
Last week our team continued finishing touches inside the new ~17,000 sq ft indoor dome so we’re ready for year-round action. We also kicked off a full re-work of the parking areas and walkways to make the complex safer and create an even better experience for every player and family who visits.
And the biggest news? We broke ground on our BRAND NEW FIELD 5 — the “Big Field” built specifically for our 13U+ activities!

Big league energy is coming to Central Ohio.
Bama caught up with Cleveland great Carlos Baerga at the 2026 Columbus Clippers Fantasy Camp, and the message for our Central Ohio baseball families is simple: he’s coming to see you.
Hitting. Fielding. Pitching. And the work habits that turn a good player into a great one.
Former Indians All-Star. Three-time All-Star. Cleveland Guardians Hall of Famer. And he’s fired up to spend time at RSC Athletics.

Eight weeks ago, this view looked a lot different.
Tonight the RSC Athletics Complex is a different place. The indoor dome is up, the finishing touches are going on inside, and we are about to break ground on our new 13U+ field.
Fields. Dome. And a whole lot of dirt, grass, and progress in between.
