Today is Melonee's last day as an instructor at Apex🥲 She helped us get our fitness classes started back in 2024 and has been with us since! If you see her around the gym today make sure to tell her thank you for helping make the gym what it is today!

We ordered these dumbbells back in May but they're finally here! This was the last planned upgrade for the gym this year but it looks like we'll be looking for another Stairmaster.
