Let our certified yoga instructors guide you. Why? Here are three reasons we believe that aerial yoga is so beneficial:
💜 The aerial sling takes pressure off of joints and allows for more supported poses and deeper stretches.
💜 Inversions help decompress the spine, providing relief for those who experience tension or stiffness.
💜 Gain balance and control as you learn
new flow pathways and techniques.
We now have three dedicated class times for aerial yoga:
9:45am Monday and Wednesdays
6:30pm Thursdays.
Please note that aerial yoga is not the same as circus sling or silks. This is akin to traditional yoga and the sling serves as a prop. Not quite ready to fly? We have traditional yoga on our schedule as well!
