not sure what to expect? here's everything you need to know before you walk in.

👟 wear comfortable workout clothes
🧦 socks are required — grippy are best and we sell them in studio
🕐 arrive 5–10 minutes early so we can get you set up
🙋‍♀️ tell your instructor it's your first time — they'll take great care of you
👶 childcare available daily. check the schedule for details.

after two incredible retreats in Sayulita and a community that has grown so much since then — we're ready to plan the next barre925 retreat. and we want your input before we do.

we're thinking february or march 2027. we're thinking somewhere warm. we're thinking a small group of people who want to move their bodies, slow down, and actually get to know each other outside of the studio walls.

i've been thinking about our retreats in Sayulita a lot lately. 🌊

we went in 2022. we went again in 2023. and both times, something happened that's hard to fully explain to someone who wasn't there. people who came not knowing anyone beyond a wave hello in the studio — left with friendships they still have. we moved together outdoors. we ate long dinners and talked about real things. we got on a catamaran and laughed until our faces hurt.

we tried to bring it back in 2024 and the timing wasn't right. but our community is different now. bigger. closer. and honestly — i think the timing might finally be right again.

i'm not ready to announce anything yet. but i'm asking around. and i wanted you to know that we're thinking about it. 💚
