Congratulations, Coach Hannah! 💙💙💙

As a sponsored Fuji athlete, Hannah has made it her mission to compete as often as humanly possible this year, and the results speak for themselves. She's brought home so many medals that we had to give her a line of her very own on our medal display.

This year, Hannah also turned 16 and officially earned her blue belt. She's carried herself like a blue belt in our hearts for a long time, and now she gets to wear it proudly for everyone to see. Her brother, Coach Josh, even got to be part of the moment by giving her one of his blue belts. The whole Hodge family has given so much to our team, and we're grateful for every one of them.

Hannah, your dedication, heart, and work ethic inspire everyone on our mats, from our youngest students to our most seasoned athletes. We are so proud of you, and so happy you're part of the Aztlan family.

Congratulations on a remarkable year. We can't wait to see what's next.

18 matches. 4 🥇 + 5 🥈 = Zero quit. This is what it means to compete with heart and show your students what's possible when you never stop trying to get better.

Keep training. 👊

This week is huge for our kids' class. Promotions took center stage yesterday with Caleb, Wyatt, and Kaleigh advancing in belts. Seeing them follow in Hannah's footsteps after her green belt achievement was really special. We're grateful for the Hodge family's support.

On top of that, Harlan, Kael, and Kinley graduated from Jaguars to the Eagle program!

Wishing everyone who's testing later this week the best of luck!

It’s been an amazing a couple of weeks! Eric Vargas earned 2nd place and Kiley Razorblades Kennedy earned 1st place at IBJJF Chicago last weekend!

This weekend, we earned 1ST PLACE in Best Adult Academy! Congrats to all our competitors. Performance of the tournament goes to Josh Hodge. He won QUADRUPLE GOLD. He also won his last two matches coming from behind to win showing absolute pure heart. I’m so proud he’s on our team! He’s an incredible young man who has an iron will and I can’t be more grateful to call him teammate.
Special shoutouts to Grady Lytle, Eli Blossom, Kiley Kennedy, Hannah Hodge, Gabriella Reyes, and Ed McQuinn earning Gold medals.

31 teams competed today.
