Lake Calhoun Country Club

Lake Calhoun Country Club Lake Calhoun Country Club is a beautiful 9-hole course located in LaFayette, IL.

We offer many events weekly for our membership and are open for public play on Sunday, Monday and Friday. Designed by Walt Brakeman in 1959, Lake Calhoun is a semi-private course featuring 3,095 yards of golf from the longest tee for a par of 36. We are conveniently located within an hour of the Quad Cities and Peoria in a quiet country setting.

Lake Calhoun will be sponsoring a bucket tournament on Saturday, May 2nd. Open to the public. Tee off time is 9:00 a. m. Cost is $50/person and includes cart, skins, and mulligans. Lake Calhoun’s Clubhouse will be closed November 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026. The course will be closed to the public. Our facility is not available for rental during this time period. If you would like information regarding membership for 2026, or for renting our facility after April 1, 2026, you may contact Linda at 309-932-9067.
