Day 2 of Wild Wild Midwest duels for the boys. Although we were a little short handed, we managed to still wrestle very well. Everyone gave it their all and everyone got better today. Great Job guys and I look forward to doing more tournaments together.

What a day of Wrestling. Started off with the HS Girls finishing 4th in our pool of 8. Not bad for giving up 4 weights. Each girls did great and continued to get better as the day went on.
HS Boys wrestled in the afternoon and had some of the best wrestlers in the Midwest to go against. We again had to forfeit a few weights but the boys we have fought super hard and we came away better for it. Great job and looking forward to finishing tomorrow with the HS boys starting at 1pm.

Some info for the wild wild Midwest tournament this weekend. You will be able to watch this from home if you can not make it in person.

Every match will be streamed live on Class of X. To watch, go to www.classofx.com (http://www.classofx.com/).
The first time you visit, you'll be prompted to create a Class of X account. Once logged in, you'll be taken directly to the event page where you can select Wild Wild Midwest Duals, subscribe, and watch every mat live. You can also access the live video streams directly from the tournament page within USA Bracketing by clicking the video icon on the bracket. Archived video of each match is also included.

You can pick up your gear at practice tonight, Thursday or make arrangements with me.
If you can’t do any of these then I will be at weigh ins with your gear.

Starting Monday 8/31 a former Michigan standout Joseph Walker will be running practices at Faith Christian community center 6:30-8pm. This is a fantastic opportunity to continue to learn from one of the best.
These sessions will be $10 per wrestler.

Tonight, 8/24 will be the last night for Purdue’s Wyatt Krejsa to run practice at Faith for the season. Everyone get over and wish him luck on his incoming season and thank him for helping make us all a little better this summer.

Looking to fill out a high school girls team for war of the roses tournament on Oct. 2-4 in Columbus IN. Weights we still need are : 130, 135, 155, 165, 175.
