Rams Family,
I want to take a minute to recognize Coach Rachael and what she has meant to our Rams franchise.
For the past six seasons, Rachael has poured an incredible amount of time, energy, and heart into building our cheer program. When she started, there were about 15 girls. Today there are more than 160 athletes wearing Rams cheer uniforms. Growth like that doesn’t happen by accident, it happens because someone believes in what they’re building.
During that time, our franchise has seen several leadership changes. Through all of that, one constant has been Rachael. Parents, athletes, and the league could always rest assured that our cheer program — and a big piece of our franchise was in incredibly good hands with her there.
Rachael believes in creating a place where girls could feel confident, supported, and proud to be part of something bigger than themselves. And if you’ve been around the program at all, you know she brought her own style to it plenty of purple, plenty of sparkle, and a whole lot of heart.
Programs like ours become special because of people who are willing to give so much of themselves for the kids. Rachael has done that for six seasons, and the impact she made will be felt for a long time.
On behalf of the entire Rams family, thank you for everything you gave to this program and to these athletes. We truly appreciate you and wish you the best in whatever comes next.
