Teamwork doesn’t stop when you leave the gym!

Our Boys Team traded the gym for the great outdoors during their team campout last weekend! 🌲

Between practices and competitions, opportunities like this give our athletes a chance to relax, have some fun, strengthen friendships, and make memories together outside the gym. 💙

Because being part of a team is about more than the skills you learn—it’s about the friendships you build along the way.

Our athletes and coaches brought the creativity, the laughs, and plenty of BHG spirit to the gym last week—and we couldn’t let these photos stay hidden! 💙

Friday’s Cartwheel-a-Thon was one for the books! 💙

Our athletes showed up ready to move, have fun, and put those cartwheels to work—and we loved seeing all that BHG energy in the gym!

Got a little one who loves to climb, bounce, tumble, and explore? Bring that energy to BHG! 💙

Starting September 4th, Preschool Open Gym returns every Friday from 11:00 AM–12:30 PM!

Open Gym gives kids ages 6 & under a chance to explore the gym, move their bodies, and have FUN—all with a parent or guardian right there to join in the adventure.

⭐ No weekly commitment
🤸 Lots of room to move and play
💙 Just $10 per child

Whether your little one already loves gymnastics or you’re looking for a fun way to get out of the house and burn some energy, we’d love to see you!

☀️🤸 Summer Break Reminder + Final Week of Camp! 🤸☀️

It’s almost time for our annual summer break! Our athletes, coaches, and staff will be taking some time to recharge before we kick off a great fall season. Here’s everything you need to know:

🗓️ Gym Closure Dates:

Classes Paused: Sunday, Aug 23 – Saturday, Aug 29

Classes Resume: Sunday, Aug 30

Programs on Break: All recreational classes and both the Girls and Boys competitive teams.

📌 Policy Reminders:

Closure Weeks: Our annual calendar includes 4 scheduled closure weeks per year that do not receive make-up tokens or tuition proration (this break is one of them).

Make-Up Tokens: Starting August 30, we will be returning to our standard policy of 1 make-up token per calendar month, expiring after 30 days.

Why do coaches care so much about pointed toes? 🤸🏽‍♀️

It may seem like a tiny detail, but learning to squeeze tight and point those toes is part of building something much bigger!

For our young gymnasts, little corrections like this help develop body awareness, muscle control, listening skills, and strong gymnastics habits that they will build on as they learn new skills 💪

Sometimes learning the basics just takes a little practice…and a whole lot of encouragement from a great coach 💙

Little details today become stronger skills tomorrow 🌟
