One of the things I've noticed after working with women for nearly 25 years is that most of the time, they're not stuck because they don't know what to do.
They know they should move their body.
They know they should eat more protein.
They know they should get more sleep.
They know stress affects their health.
The problem usually isn't a lack of information.
The problem is that there's a pattern they can't yet see.
A belief.
A story.
A habit they've repeated for so long it feels true.
And here's the beautiful thing:
Awareness isn't judgment.
Awareness is information.
It's the moment you stop asking,
and start asking,
That single shift can change everything.
Sometimes the thing holding us back
isn't effort.
It's perspective.
And sometimes having someone help you see what you can't see on your own changes everything.
If that resonates, send me a DM with the word
