Apparently, they KNOW that sound. 🎺👀🏇

We played Call to the Post in the barn just to see what would happen… and the reactions did not disappoint. 😂

Red Rainbow’s ears went up and she started scraping the ground like she was ready to GO. Banjo Chris came straight out and even stopped eating. Franz Josef popped right out. And one by one, several more heads started appearing down the aisle.

Safe to say, the racers know when it’s time to race. 🏇

Consider the test passed. They’re ready. 😂🤎

Today, we celebrate the people behind every stride. 🏇🤎

The trainers, assistant trainers, exercise riders, grooms, hotwalkers, farriers, veterinarians and every set of hands that keeps the barn moving day after day.

The mornings start early. The days run long. And the work doesn’t stop just because it’s a holiday.

To our team and everyone who works behind the scenes in this sport, Happy Labor Day.

We appreciate the work you put in when no one is watching.

Then we made it a little harder on Eddie and asked which one is the most frustrating. 😂

But his answer at the end might just be our favorite part. Every horse is different, every one has their own personality, and somehow you can’t help but love them all. 🤎

August was one for the books. 🏇

City of Life found the winner’s circle, several of our babies made their very first starts, and we spent plenty of time racing at Ellis Park before closing out the month with Opening Day at Kentucky Downs.

In between it all were the early mornings, long days, training miles, and countless hours behind the scenes that make race days possible.

A lot to be proud of. A lot to be grateful for. And plenty more ahead.

The Kentucky Downs meet is HERE! 🏇🌾

One of the most unique racing experiences in the country kicks off today, and TW has a runner on opening day!

Kentucky Downs is home to America’s only European-style, all-turf racecourse. At approximately 1 5/16 miles, the kidney-shaped course features natural elevation changes and even a unique right-hand bend. It’s unlike just about anything else in American racing.

And today, we’ll be cheering on KILBARRY! 🤎
