Kutztown Legion is hosting fall baseball workouts with the high school and legion coaching staff for ages 11-19 starting September 13th from 10am to 12pm. Players should bring all their field and protective equipment. Focus areas will be on infield and outfield fundamentals as well as hitting instruction.

Kutztown wrapped up their 2026 season with a final record of 4-11. This year's record is not indicative of the successes of this season. Playing in quite a few close contests. The team showed what it means to play in Kutztown with pride and sportsmanship. All important qualities of playing Legion Baseball. We will see you back out on the diamond next season. Kutztown Loses Pitchers Duel To Narberth American Legion Prep in the state prep tournament

Both teams were strong on the hill on Friday, but Narberth American Legion Prep was just a little bit stronger at the plate in their 3-2 victory over 2026 Kutztown Youth B. Zach Hadley started the game for 2026 Kutztown Youth B and recorded three outs.

Narberth American Legion Prep jumped out to the lead in the bottom of the second inning after Logan Gentile hit a sacrifice fly, scoring one run, and an error scored two runs.

Logan Gentile earned the win for Narberth American Legion Prep. The starting pitcher gave up one hit and one run (zero earned) over six innings, striking out six and walking three. Caden Mcconville took the loss for 2026 Kutztown Youth B. The reliever went five innings, allowing one run (zero earned) on two hits, striking out three and walking two. Zach Hadley stepped on the mound first for 2026 Kutztown Youth B. The hurler gave up two hits and two runs (one earned) over one inning, striking out none and walking two.

Caden Mcconville, Cruz Bergstrom, and Lucas Pizzelanti each collected one hit for 2026 Kutztown Youth B. Gavin Light and Zach Hadley were tough to handle back-to-back in the lineup, as each drove in one run for 2026 Kutztown Youth B. 2026 Kutztown Youth B turned one double play in the game.

Logan Gentile led Narberth American Legion Prep with one run batted in. Matthew Jacobson went 2-for-3 at the plate to lead Narberth American Legion Prep in hits.

Kutztown Lose To LOSO Marlins Jr Prep Legion 14U

2026 Kutztown Youth B fell to LOSO Marlins Jr Prep Legion 14U 7-4 on Thursday.

LOSO Marlins Jr Prep Legion 14U got on the board in the first inning after Finn Matz laid down a sacrifice bunt, scoring one run.

Zach Hadley singled down the right field line, which helped 2026 Kutztown Youth B tie the game at one in the top of the third.

A double by Davis Arnold gave LOSO Marlins Jr Prep Legion 14U the lead, 2-1, in the bottom of the third.

2026 Kutztown Youth B jumped back into the lead in the top of the fourth inning after Cruz Bergstrom doubled down the left field line, and Caden Mcconville walked, each scoring one run.

LOSO Marlins Jr Prep Legion 14U took the lead, 5-3, in the bottom of the fourth thanks to doubles by Finn Matz, and Cooper Ralston.

Finn Matz earned the win for LOSO Marlins Jr Prep Legion 14U. The pitcher surrendered two hits and two runs (zero earned) over one inning, striking out two and walking one. Cruz Bergstrom took the loss for 2026 Kutztown Youth B. The starting pitcher went four innings, giving up five runs (four earned) on six hits, striking out five and walking three. Tyler Godfrey began the game for LOSO Marlins Jr Prep Legion 14U. The hurler allowed three hits and one run (zero earned) over two and one-third innings, striking out two and walking three.
