We are getting so excited for our 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY celebration!

A few new little things around Hard Knox that make a big difference!!

First:
Almost all selectorized and plate loaded machines are now numbered. Why is this important?
When you come to us, we offer to show you how to use the equipment and can even create a workout program for you if you need. That program then has each exercise coincide with a number making it easier for our people to find what they're looking for!

While we have had numbers on some before, now almost everything does and it's in sequential order from left to right when entering the building.
We understand that starting at a gym can be intimidating and overwhelming, so this is just one way we try to alleviate the unknowns for those that need it!

The second:
We have three new wall dispensers for our sanitizing wipes. We will be phasing out the buckets soon and want everyone to know where they can find them now!
Not only is it more convenient, we feel it'll also help with tidiness! A reminder that everyone should be wiping down the machines they use when they are done with them.

Thank you to all of our current members that have been so welcoming for all the new faces we have seen lately. A first impression in a gym truly can make or break a person's experience and we try hard to make sure everyone has a good one!
