We kicked off our first race of the year, at Afton Motorsports Park. I Started 5th in the heat, finished 2nd running down the leader. I was in 3rd with 5 laps to go in the feature when contact from the 4th place car unfortunately gave me a LR flat resulting in a 16th place finish. 👎🏻
KT started the night off a little too tight, finished 6th in his heat race. We made some adjustments for the feature, and unfortunately they weren’t enough as he was still a little too tight on corner entry which didn’t allow him to be as aggressive as needed. Still finished a respectable 13th. We will work on that and be better for next week.
Side Note - It’s always nice to be able to help people out. Last night we were able to help two of my close friends out at the track with some parts. Brad Weaver blew up his modified, so i let him take my sportsman out to get his green money, Mikey Nagel needed a yoke for his drive shaft so i was able to give him my spare so he could run the feature as well.

Special thanks to Michael with Fastline, i’ve been messing around with shock and spring combinations and Mike is always there to answer any questions and gets the shocks sent back to me immediately. He’s been doing my shocks for the last 8 years and is a huge asset to us.
