Looking forward to the weekend!

Friday night we’ll be playing “Steamboats on the Chesapeake” out back at 9PM. Sit under the stars and hear about the history and impact of steamboats in our region. Kinsale makes an appearance! Free & open to all, bring your own chair.

On Saturday there are many activities you can dive into to learn more about our local history as we celebrate the nation’s 250th! See the flyer here and try to hit them all.

We are especially excited for the tour of Yeocomico Church at 3PM. Dave Butt gives a wonderful look into the history, stories and renovation of this local landmark, which was originally constructed in 1655.

We have acclaimed Richmond chef Olivia Wilson visiting on Saturday. Club members check your email for details and plan to stop by and enjoy!

The roofdeck will be buzzing with drinks all weekend and yoga on Sunday from 9-10AM.

We spent a beautiful Sunday exploring Tangier Island. 43 club members ferried over, a few more flew, and for most it was their first time visiting this Chesapeake Bay community. Special thanks to , for providing food and drinks throughout the ferry ride, and the island’s ultimate ambassador & outfitter, from kayaks to cakes.

Come by the marina for the 7PM screening inside or 9PM outside, where you can view from the backyard or a boat. $15/person at the door, free for kids, and popcorn for all.
