DEATHTRAP is a diabolically comedic “who will do it” starring several of your favorite local actors.  Sidney Bruhl (played by John Pitman) is a washed up playwright who hasn’t had a hit for 18 years when he receives a script for a new thriller from a former student, Clifford Anderson (Charles Breakwell), that’s a guaranteed success. Sidney’s wife, Myra (Debbie Evans) suggests the two men could collaborate. Sidney jokes that it would be just as easy to murder the young man and steal the script as his own.  When Clifford ar[1]rives later that evening, no one -- not even the visiting psychic Helga ten Dorp (Laurie Breakwell) or Sidney’s lawyer, Porter Milgrim (Michael Snider) -- could predict where the dark events of the night will go.  Who is innocent?  Who only seems that way?  Is anyone really safe from the consequences of greed, vanity, and ambition?
