As of this year, all our dive trips have included an optional sunrise stretch. At 6am every morning we lead a morning stretch to help us prepare our bodies for the day. No rigorous exercise, just slow movements and breaths while watching the sunrise over the ocean 🌊🌅
We have always believed that yoga (and stretching) have an impact on scuba diving. This article was an interesting read that highlights why practicing yoga even before you leave for a trip helps you in the water.
