Tom and his crew drove in from the Syracuse area on Sunday morning for a morning of fishing Lake Ontario. We haven't seen them in a few years, so it was great to catch up.

We headed to the mid waters to start the morning and the fish were there! These guys had a busy morning with jumbo Steelhead and mostly immature Salmon. They bagged all three Salmon species by the end of the day.

We'd like to thank these guys for fishing with us, and we look forward to seeing you in the future. Our fishing report is posted up on our YouTube channel.

Alex, and his crew, drove in from Buffalo to fish with us Saturday afternoon. This is their second year joining us on Lake Ontario to chase Salmon and Trout, and they couldn't have asked for any more action.

The afternoon charter started off a little rough 🤣. We dropped the first six fish! However, with a little coaching, and a little luck, we started to put some meat in the Grizzly ⚰️. We landed some JUMBO Steelhead, and a few nice 2yr old Salmon.

It was great catching up with you guys, and we hope to see you again in the future. Don't forget to see our YouTube fishing report to get the scoop on what they were chewing!

We had a short morning trip with Nick and his crew who drove in from Corning, NY. This was Nick's third trip of the season with us and he's brought a few different guests each time. 🤞 We'll see him one more time for Fall Walleye on Oneida Lake.

We decided to see if there were stagers inside, and indeed there were. However, they won most battles we encountered with them along with some equipment failure 🤬. At one point we went three in a row that took gear from us. The smaller Salmon were no match for these guys 😁, and they put together a nice box of fish.

It started with an amazing Brown Trout fishery this Spring, and we're finishing with some fantastic Salmon and Steelhead fishing offshore.

Timmy and Tommy drove in from Pennsylvania to fish with us yesterday afternoon and this morning. These guys are regulars every year and spend a few weekends with us chasing salmon, trout, and walleye.

Yesterday afternoon, we struggled to find good screens to fish over. We knew thunderstorms were on the way, so heading offshore wasn't in the cards. We fished what we had and picked away at steelhead and smaller salmon.

Today we knew it was going to be tough with what mother nature was going to throw at us, so we snuck out early and tried to get a head start on the wings. We had a pretty good day with some nice steelhead and a few really nice salmon once we finally ventured offshore.

The group that fished our second trip yesterday fished with us again this morning. I'm typing this report at 8am while motoring back to the dock.

WHAT. A. MORNING!

The Salmon were chomping, and making some nice runs for these guys that drove in from Massachusetts. We limited the amount of rods in the water, to slow it down, but even that didn't help. We'd like to thank these gentlemen for spending a few hours on the lake with us 😁, and we look forward to fishing with you again.

We'll post a YouTube report after we finish trip number two.

This morning, a group from Rochester joined us at the Oak for some Salmon and Trout fishing on Lake Ontario. You couldn't have asked for better fishing!

Chuck and his buddies reeled and reeled as rods continued to fire. They had a great mix of Steelhead to go with mature and immature Salmon. They chatted with us about some bad charter experiences that led to skunks in the past. They were pleased with a box full of fresh fish before breakfast was done being served at the cafe.....lol

We'd like to thank these guys for spending the morning with us. You guys were a pleasure to have aboard. We've posted a fishing report on our YouTube page, and we'll link that in the comments.

Action packed Lake Ontario 💥

It sure is fun, and hectic, when multiple rods are firing! Not to mention, yesterday zero became this day's hero. The poor guy in blue couldn't bring one to the boat on Saturday, but he batted a thousand on Sunday 😁.
