Congratulations to all of our New England AAU Karate competitors on an outstanding showing at AAU Nationals! 🥋
After four full days of competition, New England is coming home with 25 medals. 🏅 More importantly, we saw tremendous progress, strong performances, great sportsmanship, and athletes stepping up against excellent competition from across the country.
When I became Director of IPPONE, one of the things that mattered most to me was continuing the family atmosphere that has always made New England Martial Arts special, while also helping create a space for our competitors to grow, improve, and expand beyond our local area.
This week was a great example of that. Athletes from across New England came together, supported each other, challenged themselves, and represented our region with pride.
A sincere thank you to all of the coaches, instructors, families, parents, and supporters who helped make this possible. These athletes do not get to this level alone. The time, travel, training, encouragement, and commitment from each school and family are what continue to make New England karate stronger each year. 🙏
