Summer in New England is simply too short.
While I love the idea of a traditional 75 Hard challenge (it’s one of my favorite ways to reset in January!), I’ve found that it doesn’t always fit the rhythm of summer. Between vacations, cookouts, lake days, and time with family and friends, it can start to feel more stressful than sustainable.
So this year, I’m doing something different.
Today I’m starting my own 6 Week Shred, and I want to invite you to join me.
To give everyone time to learn the challenge and enjoy Fourth of July weekend, our community challenge officially begins Monday, July 6, and wraps up Monday, August 17.
The goal isn’t perfection.
The goal is consistency.
It’s about feeling leaner, stronger, healthier, more energized, and creating habits that actually fit into real life.
✨ The rules are in the post, but here’s a quick overview:
• Low-carb, low-sugar, high-protein meals
• 1 gallon of water every day
• Two 45-minute workouts daily (one outdoors to help reach 8,000–10,000 steps)
• Personal development audio while you walk
• Daily progress photo
• No alcohol during the week
• Daily meditation + gratitude
• 8,000–10,000 steps every day
• Prioritize sleep and recovery
To make this even more fun, we’re building a 6 Week Shred community!
🥗 We’ll have a community page on our website with resources.
💛 We’ll have a private Facebook group where we can:
Share favorite recipes
Celebrate wins
Stay accountable
Encourage one another
Check in every Sunday for weekly accountability
The best part? We can still enjoy everything a New England summer has to offer while making ourselves a priority.
Who’s ready to feel stronger, leaner, and healthier by the middle of August?
