You know what I love about a sunset and the sky as it’s closing down for the day… you never really know what’s going to happen with the clouds and the color. And it’s really not until 15 or 20 minutes after the sun actually sets that you get that final color pop and shocked beauty. Last night the clouds came over after the sun went down and it was completely grey/dark, but I hung in another 15 minutes to see mother nature create this 💕

has been on the journey for almost 5 years now and this guys has been with me every step of the way (even some retreats) 😅 He has become part of the brand. The amount of 1:1 clients I’ve coached and Thunder has been there throughout the process is countless. We are a team and he serves everyday. He has become part of the work. These little paws are blessing not only to me but those I work with 🐾🩷

Join us for some gentle yoga, focused on stretching and warming up the muscles for a peaceful evening kayak. Dress for the weather, bring a yoga mat, towel or blanket, and some water. The event will begin with 30-45 minutes of yoga, followed by 60-90 minutes of kayaking, and ending with a comforting and relaxing tea.Reservation includes yoga session, kayak rental and guided paddle, tea. This event is open to adults of all fitness levels. In the case of cancellation due to inclement weather, a rain date or refund will be provided (guest’s choice).

Sure sure …. 🔑

Some days, I feel strong, grounded, and proud of how far I’ve come. Other days, I notice the places still healing, still growing, still learning. And for a long time, I thought I had to choose between the two… like I could only celebrate myself once I had everything figured out.

✨ But that’s not how growth works ✨

You can be proud of who you are right now and still be evolving. You can honor your progress without pretending you’re finished. You can hold both truths! You are already worthy, already enough while still becoming. 👏🏽
