1. How long have you been coaching, and what got you into it?
-I've been coaching for about a year and a half. Coach Ed made the mistake of suggesting it to me one day, and now you're stuck with me.
2. What's your own fitness/CrossFit story โ how did you find this sport?
-I actually first started CrossFit in 2009, and I did it for about 2 years. After that, I mostly worked out on my own at home and commercial gyms until I joined CrossFit Kฤneสปohe in 2023.
3. What certifications or specialties do you bring to the gym floor?
-I have my CrossFit Lv 1 and 2, and I've done the Burgener Level 1 course.

4. What's your coaching style in a few words?
-We're all a work in progress. I aim for everyone to have better/safer technique and maybe get a little stronger along the way.
5. What do you want every member to feel by the end of your class?
-Tired, but glad you came.
6. What's a piece of coaching advice you find yourself repeating?
-Push the floor away.
7. How do you approach coaching someone brand new vs. someone chasing a PR?
-Being new on sn**ch day can be overwhelming, so I try to give them small goals and explain a little more when I have the time. If you're chasing a PR, proper technique is even more critical, so I might get nitpicky.

-I love the community and that everyone is welcome, no matter where you are in your fitness journey.
9. Tell us about a member moment that stuck with you โ a breakthrough, a comeback, anything.
-My favorite part of coaching is the excitement when someone unlocks a new skill they've been working on.
10. How would you describe the CrossFit Kฤneสปohe community to someone who's never been?
-The coaching and the facility are great, but the community is what keeps people coming back and staying consistent.

-My typical training is the 5AM class 4-5 times a week, and weekends when I can. Outside of the gym, nothing specific at the moment - we try to stay active with the ki
