We’re back on the farm at Arquitetura e Construção this Saturday for pumpkin spiced lattes, pumpkin cookies, and pumpkin decorating.

Pilaform x Kodiak Swim Autumn Reset was a morning of energizing classes and incredible company. The energy inside and outside the studio was electric, and we loved sharing the morning with you.

Thank you to Dr. Natalie for offering acupoint B12, NAD & CoQ10 injections, Rinova for the warmth and exclusive Pilaform offers, and Kodiak Swim for the kinis & vibes.

A particularly special part of the morning was our Pilaform Hot Mom Walk, bringing mothers in different seasons of motherhood together to move and connect. Thank you to Meaghan & baby Margot for leading an incredible class, Francesca for your encouragement and support, and Pelvic Health Solutions & Evelyn for joining us and supporting our mamas.

Pilaform Reformer & Tower | Reformer & Mat

Our signature approach combines Reformer, Tower and Mat work, using springs to offer both support and resistance. Making familiar exercises feel entirely new. In many Tower movements, a small shift in body position changes the challenge, while the push through and roll down bars provide support to refine movement with greater control.

Flow between standing, kneeling, seated and lying work, with fluid transitions into Mat. An invitation to build strength, deepen connection and discover more within the practice.
