The Official Loggerhead Triathlon Training Program 🏊🚴🏃
Training for a triathlon can feel intimidating, especially if it's your first one. That's why we're excited to launch a FREE 10-week training program designed to help athletes build confidence, stay consistent, and arrive at the start line ready for race day.
Beginning June 15, participants will receive:
✅ Swim, Bike & Run Training
✅ Group Open Water Swims
✅ Race Simulation Workout
✅ First-Timer Support & Race Prep
Whether you're training for your first triathlon or looking to set a new personal best, this program is designed to help you prepare for the 40th Anniversary Tampa General Hospital Loggerhead Triathlon on August 22, 2026.
