Join us this Sunday
7:30 AM for a ride! We'll be pedaling off at 8 AM from
Coral Cove Park - South End - Jupiter Island for a scenic 20-mile loop.

**Important Reminders:**
Mandatory:Helmets
Handcycles: Please ensure your lights and safety flags are in place

- **Recommended Gear:** Hydration, spare tube, CO2 cartridge, sunscreen, sunglasses, electrolytes, etc.

🌟 Volunteer Opportunity!🌟 Shifting Gears United is launching a new Tandem Cycle Program for the Blind and Visually Impaired. “VISION IN MOTION.” Director Monica Santana & Her Co Pilot And partner Bob.

🇺🇸Shifting Gears United presents
The 2nd Annual Freedom Paddle — Registration Now Open!

🇺🇸Join our fundraiser to celebrate America’s 250th Independence Birthday and Flag Day with a patriotic social paddle honoring our heroes.

🇺🇸Kick off on the water at Guanabanas Island Restaurant and Bar with the National Anthem and bagpipers.

🇺🇸Wear your best patriotic costume for a chance to win prizes, then return to Guanabanas for the after‑party. Every participant receives a commemorative 250th medal.

• Meeting point: Burt Reynolds Park — launch and paddle to Guanabanas Island Restaurant and Bar for the opening ceremony

• Route: Paddle from Guanabanas around to the lighthouse for a group photo, then back to Guanabanas for the after‑party
