When it comes to health, often women find themselves struggling because they are trying to make decisions about training, recovery, and daily life without a clear way to interpret what their body is actually communicating across the month.
For many women, in regards to their menstrual cycle, this shows up in one of two ways. Either the cycle is ignored entirely, and training and life stays the same regardless of how the body feels. Or every shift in energy, mood, or recovery can begin to lead to feeling reactive and inconsistent.
Over time, both patterns tend to create the same outcome: frustration, fatigue, overwhelm, and a sense of being misunderstood by your own body.
This seminar introduces a different way to think about that experience.
