When it comes to health, often women find themselves struggling because they are trying to make decisions about training, recovery, and daily life without a clear way to interpret what their body is actually communicating across the month.

For many women, in regards to their menstrual cycle, this shows up in one of two ways. Either the cycle is ignored entirely, and training and life stays the same regardless of how the body feels. Or every shift in energy, mood, or recovery can begin to lead to feeling reactive and inconsistent.

Over time, both patterns tend to create the same outcome: frustration, fatigue, overwhelm, and a sense of being misunderstood by your own body.

This seminar introduces a different way to think about that experience.

Not more complexity, confusing tracking, or rigid systems.

Instead, a clearer understanding of how the menstrual cycle interacts with energy, recovery, and training capacity and how to respond to those shifts in a way that supports your body through simple and sustainable practices.

**Member of the Month: Graham!**

Life often has a way of testing your commitment. A new job, a big move, an injury.... and then there's becoming a parent, one of the most joyful, exhausting, and rewarding things a human being can do. For a lot of people, the gym is one of the first things to go when a new baby arrives, and logistically that can make a lot of sense. But.

Graham is not a lot of people.

Graham is a brand new dad, and we are so excited for him and his growing family! And in true Graham fashion, he has leaned into this new chapter with the same intentionality he brings to everything else. He understands that taking care of himself isn't separate from being a great father. It's part of it. Staying strong, staying healthy, and staying consistent is how he shows up as the best version of himself for the people who need him most.

So he has continued coming to classes or popping in for sessions on his own. He has scaled smart, managed intensity well given the demands of this new season of life, and navigated nagging injuries with patience.

Oh, and somewhere in the middle of all of this, he PR'd Murph in a vest🤯.

If you ever find yourself lining up next to Graham on a run or fighting him for the bench press, well... good luck. You're going to need it

More importantly, a reminder that fitness is not reserved for a certain personality type or starting point.

You do not have to have it all together before you begin.

Just start. Then keep showing up.
