First and foremost, Tanners Sports Center remains OPEN and continues to operate lawfully and responsibly under current ownership.
In 2022, the business was purchased by the current owner, from the previous ownership group. Since then, our team has remained committed to following all federal, state, and local fi***rm laws and regulations while promoting responsible fi***rm ownership every single day.
Recent reports and headlines have created confusion and misinformation suggesting wrongdoing on the part of Tanners Sports Center. However, Tanners Sports Center was not found to be conducting straw purchases or illegal fi***rm sales, as articles have claimed.
In fact, within the last two months, the ATF conducted a full audit and compliance inspection of our operations. We passed that audit with exceptional results. Our trace ratio compared to the volume of fi****ms we sell remains under 1%, placing us among the strongest-performing fi***rm retailers nationwide in that category.
While the ATF is not known for handing out praise lightly, agents specifically commended our team for our organization, compliance practices, and commitment to staying on top of every aspect of our responsibilities as a federally licensed fi****ms dealer.
