We at Orzechowski Racing hope everyone had a wonderful Halloween! Our favorite holiday!
While we are bummed we missed our chance to defend our "Little Engine That Could" title, the kiddos are only this little for a short time and I want to make as many of these memories as we can!

So those of you complaining about the recent WoO tire disqualification saying that people should be able to put chemicals in tires and there should be no tire rules, I have a question.
Why are we complaining about the price of Hoosier tires, yet you're okay with opening the rules and teams having to dump $100 in chemical in each tire?
Do these things really matter or do you just like being angry about something?

Coming from the prep world of go kart racing years ago, I love that these series run tire tests. Also, I had a tire tested last year that I was the third owner of and it passed so.... Stop blaming it on the age of the tire.

While our plans changed and we cannot make Friday like we hoped (and I'll be trick or treating Saturday), you should still get out to this race! Brandon Grubaugh and his family are special to us and he works his ass off for this race every year. Get your cars out one last time!

Man do I have an awesome group of people these days. Dad and Rich kidnapped the trailer a few days ago and have been in full restoration mode! New wood on the door and rear floors along with new edging and cleaned up the ramp hinge. Cleaned and coated the tongue, new reflective strips and a winch going in!
I cannot thank them enough.
Where we are now and the people I have surrounding me compared to where this adventure started is leaps and bounds ahead! (We do still have a spot open for Brian to come back too! Lol)

First time the car has had its own shop! Loving the new Orzechowski Racing headquarters. New shop, top 5 during King of Carolina, beat up on some 360s. Been a pretty good month! Not too shabby for a "less than mediocre racecar driver." 😂

🏁KING OF CAROLINA RECAP🏁
The final race of the CST season.
First off, I'd like to give a shout out to George Loux and Carolina Sprint Tour for providing us an exceptional series to race with. Even on the bad nights, it's worth every mile.
We were also graced with the presence of Cari Mueller from Veterans for the Win so it was already a good night!

🔥Heat 2: Started outside pole next to the two time series champion, with 4 other behind us wanting to make the top 3. On the start, we would have a quick battle with the 48G and from there would settle back into 2nd where we finished. This would put us in the redraw for the feature.

🏁Feature: Tyler redrew the 1, putting us on the pole for the prestigious King of Carolina. WHAT. A. FEELING. We would lead the field to green and after some shuffling settled into 4th where we would finish against a field of great drivers.
Believe it or not, this is our best EVER finish and capped off a great night.
Our last two races have been great and we are carrying some good momentum going into the off season.

❓ What's next? We planned on racing the Grubaugh Memorial before pulling the engine for a rebuild but we think we hurt the engine this weekend so Tyler will evaluate that and make a call soon.

Thanks as always to Dad, Mom, Amy and Rich for making it happen at the track. We had a hot rod.
